Purpose-built for inclusive, multi-generational family stays, group getaways, and hosted wellness or corporate retreats, the property sleeps up to 12 guests across six beautifully appointed bedrooms. With sweeping ocean views, expansive wraparound verandahs, multiple lounge and dining zones, a hydrotherapy spa, and a fully equipped gourmet kitchen, the house offers spacious, tranquil living in a private natural setting. The property is designed with accessibility in mind, featuring step-free entry, wide doorways, level flooring, and an internal lift connecting both levels. A Free-Standing Self-Help Pole is also provided.

The accessible suite includes a purpose-built ensuite with grab rails, an open-plan shower, and a supportive bench seat. One bedroom is fully accessible by wheelchair, with additional flexibility throughout the house for ambulant guests or those with limited mobility. 2 x Super King Bedroom Suite (can be split into 2 x King Singles) both rooms have ensuites
3 x Additional King Bedrooms, with 2 of those beds are on the top floor of the loft bedrooms  ( stairs)
All bedrooms are generously sized with level flooring with private bathrooms, suitable for a wide range of guest needs.
