Room under the bed for a hoist (on request).  The clearance under our beds is 10cm. However, they also have bed chocks which can elevate the space under the bed to about 15cm.

Only registered service animals are permitted. Must have certification paperwork. Pets in general are not permitted. BYO bed and bowls.
