The accessible One-bedroom apartment also has an interconnecting option with a traditional studio apartment, which allows for one large two-bedroom apartment. Each room has a King Bed that can be split into 2 x Singles. The beds in the accessible rooms can be removed to be replaced with a hospital bed/and or equipment if needed. The property is close to Sunshine Hospital and is pet friendly.

The hotel presents 90 fully furnished and equipped rooms that consist of spacious Studios, One, Two and Three Bedroom Apartments with Accessible and Interconnecting room options. The rooms are complimented with separate living areas and in-room laundry, the hotel also boasts onsite conferencing facilities, a gym and secure parking.
