The roof of the snug is covered with earth and faces north, providing a consistent temperature throughout the year. The building requires minimal heating and cooling. Both villas are constructed using sustainable materials and feature natural stone floors and timbers.

Denim is the main colour scheme for fabrics and rugs and the exterior landscaping reflects a Japanese Zen garden with large rocks, pebbles, and lanterns. In the near future, the entire property will be completely off-grid with power and water.

Each "snug" includes a king-size bedroom (with the option for a king or twin bed setup) with premium linen, a front deck with views of Ovens Valley, a private rear courtyard, and an undercover carport. The spacious bathroom includes an oversized bathtub, a separate walk-in/roll-in shower, a toilet, a vanity, and a laundry area with a washer and dryer. Premium towels and Wallawa Australian luxury toiletries range supplied.

The warm and cosy living/dining area is finished with sustainable materials, natural stone floors, and natural timbers. It features floor-to-ceiling double-glazed windows, a smart TV, a split-system A/C, and a stylish lounge suite with denim blue soft furnishings.

A fully equipped kitchen includes a gas cooktop, electric oven, dishwasher, microwave/grill, and a full-size fridge/freezer. A complimentary fresh stove top coffee and tea selection is supplied. Additionally, a local mini-bar features local beers, wines, and cider for purchase.
