NRMA Jindabyne Holiday Park Accessible Accommodation has an accessible villa with ramp access and an accessible kitchen and bathroom, located overlooking the lake and mountains. The villa accommodates four guests, featuring one double bed in the main bedroom and a single bunk in the second bedroom. A free-standing shower chair is provided in the shower.

The property is rated level 1 (Assisted Walking ) category, ideal for walking frame and cane users. The vanity is not glide under and there is less than a metre of bed clearance for a wheelchair.
