Please note that this property is rated as Level 1 - Assisted Walking however if you are a wheelchair user that is able to self transfer and you are able to get through the front door to the accessible room, which is 77cm wide, the rest of the room should meet your needs as all other aspects of the accessible room meet our requirements for Level 2 - Independent Wheelchair User.
