The Beach House (this listing) is a 5-bedroom accessible apartment with a purpose-built accessible bathroom, multiple electric hi-lo beds, a commode and an easy lift electric recliner as well as a mobile hoist and commode chair..

The bathroom has step-free access, a roll-in shower with grab rails and the accessible toilet has grab rails as well and a choice of wall mounted or free standing shower chair or commode chair and an adjustable height over toilet chair. There is the ability for a wheelchair to glide under the vanity. There is also a second step-free bathroom shower; however, this toilet is not accessible. There are two living areas, and a covered outdoor space, all wheelchair accessible.

Access via the patio is recommended as it has a wider entry space. See FAQ's for measurements. For the two accessible bedrooms, the distance between the wall and bed on each side -75 cm for both rooms that have the hi lo beds. The King electric bed can be split (on request) and that leaves 150cm either side. The double can be pushed against the wall (on request) and leaves 150cm of room. 

In the Beach House (accessible apartment) here are:
• 1 King bed
• 1 x Electric split king bed (head feet and knees adjust) with massage feature. Request it be made either as a king or two single electric beds. Both beds operate independently for your comfort.
• 1 x Queen electric bed (head feet and knees adjust) with massage feature.
• 1 x Queen bed
• 1 x double bed.

In the non-accessible apartments, Elements is a 3-bedroom apartment, with 2 Queens, one double bed. Greenviews is a 2-bedroom apartment with a King and two single king beds, and Lil Greenviews is a studio apartment. Apartment with a queen bed.
