Hollyhall Farm offers full accessibility, from the moment you enter this brand new cottage. Free-flowing open plan living, this pet-friendly accommodation offers guests use of a patient lifter hoist, electric bed, an indoor heated swimming pool with a pool lifter hoist and much, much more!
Surrounded by lush farmland, placid horses and miniature ponies greet you. Watch horse riding lessons during the day, stroll along with the concrete and gravel paths, and enjoy the serenity at night.
Exclusive to Accessible Accommodation, Hollyhall Cottage has three bedrooms, sleeping six guests comfortably. One with a queen bed, one with two single beds (which can be joined to create a second queen). A third bedroom has a Cobalt king single electric adjustable bed and a single bed adjacent to it.
The third bedroom is located immediately next to the bathroom and has a barn door separating this space from the living area, enabling discreet transport by commode into the bathroom. Double glazing keeps the place warm in winter, cool in summer.
Pet friendly- please note that as the cottage is set in an Equestrian riding and training centre, pets are required to be leashed when outside at all times.

Activities In And Around Hollyhall Farm Southern Highlands Accessible Accommodation
Hollyhall Farm, established in 1993, is a working horse riding and training facility. Set on 25 acres, it is surrounded by farmland. Paved paths meander between the house, the pool, the equestrian centre and the veggie garden. The rest of the paths are gravel and accessible when the weather is good.
Hollyhall Farm has a heated mineral salts indoor pool (with hoist) and an accessible tennis court.
Guests can book the pool for exclusive use. Access to the pool for wheelchair users who wish to use the hoist is via the main house and an automatic door fob will be provided. Non-wheelchair users can enter directly to the pool.
All the horses are accustomed to wheelchairs and will be very friendly and interactive, allowing guests to take part in horse (equine) therapy if they choose (at an additional cost).
There is a path from just outside Moss Vale that goes to Bowral along the river. It’s very pretty and perfect for wheelchairs, walking frames etc.
A short drive takes guests to picturesque villages, such as Berrima, Robertson, Bundanoon and Burrawang, as well as many local wineries, art galleries and food/tourist experiences.
