Enjoy the large open plan living and kitchen area with a side-opening oven, full-size fridge, microwave and table setting for 6 next to a comfy lounge with TV/DVD. Reverse cycle air-conditioning makes it comfortable all year round. The spacious bedrooms have a king-size bed in the master bedroom, with 2 sets of bunk beds in the second bedroom, accommodating up to 6 guests. The cabin is surrounded by native Peppermint trees and is just metres from the beach. Boasting large powered and unpowered caravan and camping sites, BIG4 Emu Beach Holiday Park also offers a generous mix of accommodations to suit all budgets including a new Accessible 2 Bedroom Deluxe Villa.

Bookings cancelled less than 14 Days prior to your arrival date are subject to a 100% cancellation fee of the deposit held.
Bookings cancelled more than 40 Days prior to your arrival date are subject to a 25% cancellation fee of the deposit held.
Bookings amended less than 40 days prior to your arrival date will be charged full tariff on the initial dates of your booking.
In addition there will be a $65 Albany Visitor Centre cancellation fee.
50% deposit required at time of booking. Full balance 30 days prior to arrival.
Upon Check in if any alteration or cancellation of time booked occurs the quoted tarriff will be charged. Please check your holiday dates carefully. All cancellations must be in writing email or by facsmile.
