Kalinya Estate Accessible Accommodation in Bargo is a perfect venue for special events such as weddings, group accommodation, where a family member lives with a disability, or for seniors needing accessible convenience. This stunning property has three separate bookable houses, and is an ideal venue for events such as weddings, reunions and conferences. The Lodge is an accessible 5-bedroom house, sleeping up to 10 guests. This house features a fully accessible bedroom and an ensuite bathroom. This bedroom can be made up as 2x king singles or 1x king bed. The Lodge has four other bedrooms with en-suites, each of these additional rooms has King bed. The Lodge has its own kitchen, laundry, living room with open fireplace.

The Homestead is the main 7-bedroom house with 4 bathrooms, sleeping up to 16 guests maximum. Kalinya Estate provides floor plans for ease of planning. Tours are available free of charge for those planning for bookings where guests with disabilities will be attending. Kalinya is an entirely private estate. Only you and your guests will be onsite to enjoy the accommodation, gardens and entertainment spaces. Kalinya is known for its award-winning gardens and accommodation.

At Kalinya you can book up to 3 separate houses all very close to each other and connected with a paved driveway/walkway. You can book the Lodge, the Homestead or the Barn.

Guests can also stay in the main colonial house, The Homestead. This house sleeps up to 16 guests. This house does not have a fully accessible suite, but does have a large bedroom and bathroom on the ground floor of the house.

Kalinya Estate also has gardens and indoor function spaces for special celebrations- birthdays, weddings, or really any special occasion. This event space, The Carriage House, is located on the ground and has flat access to inside the space. This event space has adjustable lighting, and is fitted with a hearing loop. Guests can book their own style of food and vendors, so it is possible to completely tailor your experience to suit your access needs.

Kalinya Estate is owned by Amanda Barnes, a Clinical Psychologist, who spent many years working in nursing homes and hospitals. When you contact Kalinya Estate, Amanda will be able to assist you with any special accessibility requirements.

Kalinya Estate is an Australian Colonial heritage property, so has ramps to access those areas that were not built with accessibility in mind.

Kalinya has flat access on hard surface throughout the property. There is connecting grass to move through the gardens. The terrain is not steep, and is well maintained cut grass throughout the year.
