The property is easily accessed via the electric-gated driveway into the carport, with step-free access to the front porch. From the 2000mm-wide front porch, through the 870mm-wide front door, into the incredibly wide hallway that runs through the centre of the house to the open-plan kitchen, dining, and living areas. Please note: this property is rated as Assisted Walking however it would suit wheelchairs users if they can manage with a bathroom vanity that is not glide under.

Through the wide patio door, you can go from the living area onto the large covered rear deck and BBQ area. The pool area has an accessible toilet and shower. Wide gates and ramps lead to flat pathways in both the rear and side gardens.

Outside is where the property really shines, with a 30-square-metre fully covered deck, an inbuilt barbecue, an 8-seater dining table, and a wall-mounted TV. Then through to the pool (non-accessible) and sun lounge area, with a shower and accessible toilet. All designed for tropical outdoor living. Wide pool gates and short ramps provide access to both the side and rear gardens, plus a rear entry to the carport, which features an electric car charger.
