There is ramped access into the single-level home, which is open plan with wide access ways. The main bathroom has step-free access and fitted with grab rails and a roll-in (step-free) shower. The ensuite in the main bedroom is fitted with grab rails in the shower; however, there is a 10mm step at the ensuite entry. A free-standing shower chair and non-slip shower mats are available. At the rear of the house, there is ramped access to the outside entertaining area and gardens. The property is rated Assisted Walking and Independent Wheelchair User; however, it may also suit Assisted Wheelchair Users, as there is an adjustable bed, and a commode/hoist can be hired nearby.
