Echo Holiday Parks RenmarkAccessible Accommodation has 2 x accessible cabins built in compliance with the Disability Discrimination Act. Furniture has also been purposefully selected with accessibility at the forefront and is set up for the best wayfaring experience. All furniture is moveable to allow for different mobility needs and aids. Open living area with dedicated dining and lounge areas, a single-wall kitchen and two queen bedrooms (sleeping up to 4 people)

Monash Adventure Park
Monash Adventure Park is impressive and well-equipped, making it the perfect destination for a catch-up with friends or a day out with the kids.
BBQ facilities, inclusive play equipment, accessible facilities, a maze, picnic and shaded areas, and scenic surroundings. It can be found at 20 Madison Road, Monash and is open daily between 10:00 am until 5:00 pm.

Cancellation policy
Check In: Guests can check in from 2.00 pm. For arrivals after 5.00 pm, please notify the Park to arrange an after hours check in.
Check Out: On the departure date, guests are required to check out by 10.00 am.
Reception Hours: Reception is open 8.30 am – 5.30 pm weekdays and 9.00 am- 5.00 pm weekends and public holidays. Please note hours vary on occasions, such as Christmas Day
Any additional charges incurred during your stay are payable direct to the Park and must be settled prior to departure.
Rates: All pricing is in Australian Dollars and includes GST (where applicable). Displayed rates are based on two persons occupying sites/cabins. Extra person rates apply for each additional person. Rates may be subject to change without notice.
Changes to Bookings: Bookings can be moved in accordance with availability. Pricing may change, however, depending on the new booking site/ cabin category and booking period.
Minimum Age: You must be 18 years or older to make a booking. Persons under 18 years of age must be accompanied by a parent or guardian.
Special Requests: We will endeavour to cater for special requests but unfortunately, we cannot guarantee that these will be met.
Visitors: Guests are more than welcome to have visitors at the Park! Please ask your visitors to sign in at reception. Visitors staying overnight can be added to your booking at an additional cost (subject to maximum guest number for site/ cabin).
Maximum Number of Guests Per Site/Cabin: The number of people accommodated in each cabin must not exceed the number of beds available. A maximum of 6 people is permitted per site.
Minimum Nights: A minimum booking period may apply depending on stay dates.
Promotional Codes, Specials, and Membership Discounts: Discounts cannot be stacked. Only one discount can be redeemed on a booking. Promotional code, special or membership terms and conditions may also apply.
Linen: Linen is provided for cabin bookings. All main beds are made and towels supplied. Linen packs for top bunks are available in each cabin.
Pets: Pets are welcome on Powered Sites and in dedicated Pet Cabins in accordance with the Pet Policy and at the Park Team’s discretion.
Dedicated Pet Cabins are identified as such by name and the pet-friendly symbol, and are limited to 2 pets.

Failure to adhere to the Pet Policy may result in additional expenses or eviction.
Servicing of Rooms: For stays of 7 nights or longer, a room service may be requested. Please contact the Park Team to arrange.
Damages/Loss: Guests are liable for any damage to or loss of Park facilities and cabin appliances, furniture, fixtures and fittings, keys and gate passes. General wear and tear excluded. If excessive cleaning is required after departure a fee may apply.
Behaviour: A right to refuse entry is reserved by the Park Team. Anti-social behaviour is not acceptable and may result in any guest, visitor, or member of the public being immediately evicted from the Park. Such behaviour includes but is not limited to: causing damage, disturbing other guests, tempered language and profanities or otherwise breaking park behavioural standards. Alcohol may be consumed at your allocated site or cabin, and in the camp kitchen and BBQ areas only. Drunken or disorderly behaviour or possession or use of drugs will not be tolerated. The standards for acceptable behaviour are outlined on the back of the Park Map given to every guest on arrival.
Holiday/ Short Term Accommodation: Guests are strictly prohibited from using any accommodation within the Park as their principal place of residence. All accommodation is only to be used for short-term stays. By accepting a booking, guests confirm that they do not and will not (subject to a written agreement to the contrary) use the Park as their principal place of residence.
E-scooters: E-scooters are not permitted to be ridden in the Park. E-scooters can only be used on private properties in South Australia and are not permitted for use on public roads, footpaths, or other public spaces. Holiday Park roads are public roads.
EV policy:
Communal Facilities: Communal facilities are supplied for guest use and enjoyment. Please look after them and help us keep them as clean and tidy as possible so all guests may use and enjoy them.
Fire Regulations: All RV’s are to be parked with the front towbar facing the roadway per fire regulations.
Smoking: Smoking is not permitted in any of the cabins or inside Park facilities. Please use the cigarette bins provided.
Car Parking: Each site/cabin is equipped for one vehicle. Please park any additional vehicles or trailers in our guest car park.
Noise: Please keep noise to a minimum after 10pm in respect of other guests.
Children: Infants 2 years of age and under are free of charge.
Personal Belongings: The Park takes no responsibility for the loss or damage of any guest’s personal items. Please remember to lock cabins, caravans and vehicles when not occupied. Personal items should be supervised at all times in common areas and not left unattended.
