Based on an eastern European courtyard design it offers wheelchair-friendly, total privacy whilst delivering arguably one of the most scenic views of the Gippsland Lakes.

Teulu House is a purpose-built holiday accommodation house designed on ‘passive design’ principles to provide year-round comfort. It has a well-lit almost level pathway from the accessible width carport to the wide front door. The entire house and entry are single-level with no steps.
This luxurious house affords two bedrooms, each with its own ensuite bathroom and a separate bathing room. The living room includes the kitchen and dining areas and every room has magnificent views over the Gippsland Lakes.
An enclosed private courtyard with a BBQ and an outdoor dining setting, in addition to the lakeside patio, completes the setting.
Bedroom 1 and its ensuite have been designed to be wheelchair friendly, with 900 mm wide doors, toilet grab rails, a roll-in shower and a glide under basin.
Bedroom 2 also has its own ensuite although it is not specifically designed for wheelchair accessibility.

Teulu House sits on an acre of rural land perched on the edge of the escarpment overlooking the Gippsland Lakes. The view of the waterway and boating activity is magnificent.

There are local short walks that include a stroll via local roads to the lovely coast hamlet of Nungurner with its quaint jetties and historic boathouse.
Metung is a five-minute drive away with its iconic waterside hotel and several cafes. A further five-minute drive takes you to the Metung Hot Springs which provides accessible thermal baths and facilities.
The township of Lakes Entrance is a twenty-minute drive away and has restaurants, banks, doctors, supermarkets and access to the Ninety Mile Beach.
