Accessible apartments feature a roll-in shower with Flexi-hose showerhead, handrails, folding shower seat, toilet with backrest, grab rail, and space for wheelchair access. Wider entry doors with the lever door handle, mid-height light switches, and power outlets. Additional features for accessible apartments include a full kitchen with oven, microwave, hotplates, fridge and lowered tap; in-room washer and dryer, balcony, 2 King Beds which can be converted to 4 Singles, dining table, WiFi, LCD TV, DVD guest safe, apartment controlled air-conditioning and balcony. Common Areas include; Easy access to the property with 2 designated wheelchair accessible parking spaces with priority location in the parking lot, step-free access with handrail, automated door opening, elevator to above-ground accessible accommodation, ground-level accessible washroom. Only Registered Service animals are permitted. Must have Certification paperwork. Pets in general are not permitted. (BYO bed and bowls.)

Singleton offers an all-abilities Playground at Rose Point Park including a wide range of equipment, a wheel-chair accessible Liberty Swing, designated accessible parking, and toilet facilities. Playtime in Rose Point Park is set to be even more colourful and exciting for kids of all abilities, with the unveiling of stages 8 and 9 of the playground redevelopment and two new play zones, including a balance area and climbing challenge shaped like a rocket ship, complete with rock walls, ropes, and natural play area, are equipped to improve coordination and balance levels for kids of all ages and capabilities and a custom piece for children who use wheelchair has been included in the newly designed park.
