The 4 x One-Bedroom Accessible Apartments, each with a king-sized bed that can be split into singles and has a guaranteed balcony. All apartments are open-planned with wider doorways to accommodate a wheelchair. Kitchen utensils are located in lower drawers. The bathroom is fitted with grab rails around the toilet area as well as a fold-down seat in the shower. The showerhead is also adjustable and handheld. The accessible rooms have a balcony but it has a lip making it difficult to access.

The accessible apartments are situated in front of the lifts to allow quick and easy access to the room. As standard, all rooms are fitted with door closers, however, they can be removed for convenience. Equipment hire such as bed/hoist is achievable to fit in the rooms and the property can remove unneeded furniture from the rooms to create space if required.

All public areas are accessible with access bathroom on the Mezzanine level as well as a Gym.
