A short course designed for managers and their crew to confidently welcome guests with disabilities, eliminating worry about a poor guest experience.


The training provides practical steps, simple adaptions stories and scenarios from people with disabilities who love to travel.

Upon completion, you can confidently offer an inclusive guest experience. Equip your team members with the knowledge that best aligns with their roles.


Inclusion Training for Team Members

Tailored for team members who work in client-facing or client-support roles.

Team members will learn:

– About disability.

– How to make your space as accessible as it can be.

–  Simple steps to maintaining accessibility.

–  How to offer an inclusive welcome.

–  Inclusive language &protocol

Cost: $250 per person

The training takes 1.5-2 hours and can be completed over 6 months.  Certificate Provided on completion.

Inclusion Training for Decision Makers

Specifically designed for Decision Makers to help get the most out of what you have now and create plans to improve accessibility over time.

In this course you will learn:

–  Why making your accommodation accessible makes good business sense.

–  About the different types of disabilities

–  Simple practical steps that can be implemented in stages.

–  Opportunities that can be implemented immediately for little or no cost.

–  What to plan for.

–  Inclusive language and business processes.


Cost: $400

The training takes 2-3 hours and can be completed over 6 months. Certificate Provided on completion.

The Inclusion Training Course was created by our Not For Profit Partners Spinal Cord Injuries Australia (SCIA) and Accessible Accommodation.

Course interviews were conducted, along with polls taken from many of Accessible Accommodation’s 30,000 followers and subscribers, as well as SCIA employees and members.
