Short term (STA), Medium term (MTA) and Respite Accessible Accommodation

Accessible Accommodation now helps make it far simpler to book STA or MTA, with trustworthy & qualified accessible options. From sourcing, quoting, securing your reservation and payments. We take care of it all for you

For support Co-ordinators, Plan managers and LAC’s, it is time consuming finding the right accessible accommodation. Then, accommodation providers don’t accept payment after the stay, rather, at time of booking. We take that out of the equation, by offering a personal booking service, where we manage provider payments, thus making a stress-free process.

Each property is extensively audited for its accessibility, with over 50 frequently asked questions, extensive photos, and video tours. What your participant sees on our website is what they also see on arrival. Highly Qualified Accessible Accommodation.

Because we have over 200 properties around Australia and a large following, our property owners provide highly competitive rates as well. Our accommodation can now be used for Respite, STA and MTA, as well as SELF FUNDED holidays. NDIS do not fund holidays. We simply utilise our tourism listings for STA and MTA and Respite.

Utilising this service will incur a service fee, which is offset by our negotiated preferred rates.

Our reservations team also have disabilities or are family members of a person with a disability. We get it!
