Ruby Cottage – Lonsdale Palms Point Lonsdale Accessible Accommodation is an accessible, sun-drenched unit, close to the beach. It has two bedrooms, two bathrooms a gourmet kitchen, and an open dining living area that opens to a sunny deck. It was purpose-built to cater for people of all abilities. There is onsite parking and a ramp to the front door and no internal steps.

Ruby Cottage is a comfortable, stylish and accessible retreat ideally situated, close to shops and the beach. It features a fully equipped gourmet kitchen with a dishwasher and a light filled open plan dining living area. It opens to a sunny deck with main gas Weber BBQ, perfect for alfresco dining or morning coffee in the sun.

The unit has two bedrooms, one with a queen-size bed and an accessible ensuite bathroom. We supply a shower chair or stool and an over the toilet frame with seat if requested. The other bedroom has a king-size bed which can be split into two single beds. Both bedrooms are open to private decks. There is a second bathroom with a toilet and the laundry with a washing machine and dryer. In addition, there is a games room with a billiard table.

High-speed Wifi is free along with a smart TV with free Netflix.

Off-street parking is provided only a couple of metres from the front door. The property is fully fenced, very private and set in an established pretty garden. Service dogs and other well-behaved pets are welcome.
