Hollyhall Farm Southern Highlands Accessible Accommodation, rarely available, highly sought after. Hollyhall Farm offers full accessibility, from the moment you enter this brand new cottage. Free-flowing open plan living, this pet-friendly accommodation offers guests use of a patient lifter hoist, electric bed, an indoor heated swimming pool with a pool lifter hoist and much, much more! 
Surrounded by lush farmland, placid horses and miniature ponies greet you. Watch horse riding lessons during the day, stroll along with the concrete and gravel paths, and enjoy the serenity at night. Exclusive to Accessible Accommodation, Hollyhall Cottage has three bedrooms, sleeping six guests comfortably. One with a queen bed, one with two single beds which can be joined to create a second queen. A third bedroom has a Cobalt king single electric adjustable bed and a single bed adjacent to it. The third bedroom is located immediately next to the bathroom and has a barn door separating this space from the living area, enabling discreet transport by commode into the bathroom. Double glazing keeps the place warm in winter, cool in summer. Pet friendly- please note that as the cottage is set in an Equestrian riding and training centre, pets are required to be leashed when outside at all times.

Read this great BLOG for more ideas on what to do during your stay - Hollyhall Farm – An Accessible Paradise. Hollyhall Farm, established in 1993, is a working horse riding and training facility. Set on 25 acres, it is surrounded by farmland. Paved paths meander between the house, the pool, the equestrian centre and the veggie garden. The rest of the paths are gravel and accessible when the weather is good. Hollyhall Farm has a heated mineral salts indoor pool (with hoist) and an accessible tennis court. Guests can book the pool for exclusive use. Access to the pool for wheelchair users who wish to use the hoist is via the main house and an automatic door fob will be provided. Non-wheelchair users can enter directly to the pool. All the horses are accustomed to wheelchairs and will be very friendly and interactive, allowing guests to take part in horse (equine) therapy if they choose (at an additional cost). There is a path from just outside Moss Vale that goes to Bowral along the river. It’s very pretty and perfect for wheelchairs, walking frames etc. A short drive takes guests to picturesque villages, such as Berrima, Robertson, Bundanoon and Burrawang, as well as many local wineries, art galleries and food/tourist experiences. The property is situated less than: 50 minutes Wollongong, 2 hours from Canberra and 90 minutes to 2 hours from Sydney

Cancellation policy
Booking Conditions and Cancellations: All reservations require full payment or payment confirmation from a plan manager at the time of booking. Bookings become non-refundable 90 days from check in although they are transferrable to alternative dates at the same property. New dates booked must be of equal or higher monetary value. For changes made to bookings within 7 days of check in a cancellation fee of 100% of the booking cost will be charged. We do not offer refunds or reschedule bookings due to weather events, traffic delays or natural disasters. You are encouraged to take out travel insurance to cover such events. No refunds will be given for late arrivals, early departures or unused days of your holiday rental period. Any changes or cancellations must be made via email to bookings@theaccessiblegroup.com
Damages & Repairs:
You will be charged at cost to repair or replace items if there is malicious, deliberate, or negligent damage to the property. You become financially responsible for any and all damage and loss to the property and its contents from the date and time you check in, to the date and time you check out. To avoid blame, you are required to immediately notify us if anything is amiss when you arrive at the property.
Cleaning:
The house will be cleaned prior to your arrival. Please keep it clean and leave it how you found it including furniture placement, if excessive cleaning is required over and above a standard clean upon your departure, you will be charged the cost.
Smoking:
No smoking inside the property under any circumstances If you need to smoke, please do so away from the property doors to ensure that the smoke does not enter. If evidence of smoking inside the property is detected, you will be charged for steam cleaning of rugs, lounge suites and furniture, laundering of all soft furnishing and linen, plus replacement of linen where necessary.
No Party Policy:
We have a strict ‘no party’ policy. Only the guests staying at the property are permitted to be present. If there is, or is evidence of a party/function, you will be asked to vacate the property and charged for any non-standard cleaning and damages to the property.
Pets:
We’re dog lovers too. If your dog is well behaved, and poop collected, we’d love to have them stay! If you plan to bring your puppy dog, please seek approval by email to bookings@theaccessiblegroup.com prior to booking. We will request a pet bond, which will be refunded in full if there’s no damage or additional cleaning required (including pet hair and poop).
