Bannisters Pavilion Mollymook Beach Accessible Accommodation has stylish, beach-chic rooms and suites, just a short 5-minute wander from one of the south coast’s most beautiful beaches making it the perfect choice for a coastal getaway.
Stylish and contemporary rooms and suites with a wall of glass frames a landscape of eucalyptus forest on one side of the hotel and private balconies on the other. Bathrooms are sleek and modern with terrazzo tiles and room to move. Some suites can interconnect, some have baths and we have two accessible suites with a eucalyptus forest view. The ceilings are high and the lighting is adjustable. Wonderful accommodation and just 100 metres from the beach.

Bannisters Pavilion features thirty-five chick rooms and is ideally located just a short walk from pristine Mollymook Beach. The hotel offers two spacious conferencing spaces as well as casual dining amongst the treetops at The Rooftop Bar & Grill. The two Penthouses (150m2) are ideal for think tanks and smaller groups of 6-8 people. Rooftop East The Rooftop East is a private conferencing space filled with natural light and feature bi-fold doors which open onto a private outdoor terrace and built-in AV facilities. The space is suitable for conferences of up to 40 people (40 classroom, 48 cabaret, 32 boardroom, 70 Theatre.)

Cancellation policy
A deposit of the first nights’ accommodation is required on all bookings to guarantee a reservation
Balance of payment is required the day prior to arrival and will be charged to the CC we have on file unless other arrangements have been made. Balance of payment over the Christmas period for arrivals between 22nd to 31st December is taken 14 days prior to arrival.
You agree to pay the interim accounts even though you may not have departed from our rooms
Credit cards do incur a bank surcharge, 1.5% for Visa & Mastercard and 2% for Amex
In case of cancellation or date amendment, please contact the hotel before 5pm, 14 days prior to arrival to avoid any cancellation or no-show charges, equivalent to the first nights’ accommodation
Cancellations and date amendments are not permitted within 14 days of arrival date
Cancellations, date amendments within 14 days of arrival and NO SHOWs will incur the full cost of the accommodation
All cancellations are required in writing and will have a receipt of cancellation issued
If your booking is cancelled due to an Act of God, Act of Government or other national emergency, your non-refundable deposit will be converted to a credit to be used within 12 months
In the case of a Pre-Pay and Save pkg or Early Bird pkg, full payment is taken at the time of booking and is NON-REFUNDABLE and NON-TRANSFERABLE
Mid-week is considered Sunday to Thursday. Weekends require a 2-night minimum stay. Christmas Holidays are a 3 night minimum stay, Easter holidays and long weekends are a 3 night minimum stay
Please note that rooms are available from 2pm. Where an earlier check in time is requested, we will do our utmost to accommodate however guarantees cannot be made
Bannisters Hotels are non-smoking properties. If you choose to smoke in your room or on your balcony, there will be a $500 cleaning fee applied to your account pre or post stay
Hotel pools are reserved for exclusive use by in-house guests of the particular hotel booked
