Seahaven Inverloch Accessible Accommodation is a brand new luxury Accessible accommodation in Inverloch on the Bass Coast. This stunning holiday & short-term accommodation in beautiful Inverloch includes an accessible bathroom with a shower commode, level access, and an electric bed and a mobile hoist.
Terms: When booking, select 4 nights you wish to stay, and you will only be charged for 3. Must take place on the one booking, valid 1st May to 31st of August 2024.
Exclusively managed by Accessible Accommodation, Seahaven is the perfect holiday retreat for you and your family, located within the prestigious Broadbeach Resort where you will have access to the indoor pool, outdoor pool, spa, sauna, tennis court and gym. A short walk at only a few hundred meters to the family-friendly Andersons inlet beach and a couple of minutes drive to the patrolled surf beach.
The space
This new modern luxury home includes 3 fully furnished bedrooms, a second living area that doubles as a 4th bedroom, two full bathrooms with luxury finishes. A high-end kitchen, fully equipped laundry, (washer dryer combo) open plan living area, and dining. This area opens onto a secluded deck with bbq facilities and a securely fenced backyard. (Note deck is accessible from the house, and not the yard). The home sleeps 8 guests. The configuration is:
- Master Bedroom: Electric Queen bed, built-in wardrobe, fully accessible en-suite. Sleeps 2 people
- Guest Bedroom 2: Queen bed with built-in wardrobe. Sleeps 2 people
- Guest Bedroom 3: Queen bed with built-in wardrobe. Sleeps 2 people
- 2nd Living area – A sofa bed with mattress – sleeps 2
Linen, bedding and towels are all provided for your stay. Pools, Spa, Sauna, Gym, Tennis Court - Broadbeach Inverloch Health Club owns and operates all the resort facilities independently and has its own rules, regulations and operating hours. Seahaven pays a membership fee allowing their booked guests full access to these facilities depending on numbers and class times. Please see the BBIHC website for all related information. Government COVID Regulations Will Apply. No pets are permitted. Service dogs permitted (upon provision of proof of a registered service dog).

There are excellent facilities for mobility needs including accessible car parking, ramp access through the visitor centre and along the boardwalks, complimentary buggy service if transport to the beach is required, a complimentary wheelchair for use inside the visitor centre. Also, there is Interpretive displays at wheelchair eye height, an accessible-height ticketing counter and exclusive wheelchair access viewing areas in General Viewing, Penguins Plus and Underground Viewing. Cancellation policy
Booking Conditions and Cancellations: All reservations require full payment or payment confirmation from a plan manager at the time of booking. Bookings become non-refundable 90 days from check in although they are transferrable to alternative dates at the same property. New dates booked must be of equal or higher monetary value. For changes made to bookings within 7 days of check in a cancellation fee of 100% of the booking cost will be charged. We do not offer refunds or reschedule bookings due to weather events, traffic delays or natural disasters. You are encouraged to take out travel insurance to cover such events. No refunds will be given for late arrivals, early departures or unused days of your holiday rental period. Any changes or cancellations must be made via email to bookings@theaccessiblegroup.com Damages & Repairs: You will be charged at cost to repair or replace items if there is malicious, deliberate, or negligent damage to the property. You become financially responsible for any and all damage and loss to the property and its contents from the date and time you check in, to the date and time you check out. To avoid blame, you are required to immediately notify us if anything is amiss when you arrive at the property. Cleaning: The house will be cleaned prior to your arrival. Please keep it clean and leave it how you found it including furniture placement, if excessive cleaning is required over and above a standard clean upon your departure, you will be charged the cost. Smoking: No smoking inside the property under any circumstances If you need to smoke, please do so away from the property doors to ensure that the smoke does not enter. If evidence of smoking inside the property is detected, you will be charged for steam cleaning of rugs, lounge suites and furniture, laundering of all soft furnishing and linen, plus replacement of linen where necessary. No Party Policy: We have a strict ‘no party’ policy. Only the guests staying at the property are permitted to be present. If there is, or is evidence of a party/function, you will be asked to vacate the property and charged for any non-standard cleaning and damages to the property. Assistance Dogs: This property is not pet friendly, but your assistance dog is most welcome, just not on the furniture or beds (if you need to sleep with your dog, please bring your own bedding and linen). All dogs must be registered assistance dogs and registration number provided at the time of booking. Notification that you intend to bring your assistance dog must be made in writing to bookings@theaccessiblegroup.com. Any mess, including outdoors must be wrapped and placed in outdoor bins. Bedding and bowls must be supplied by guest.
