These Terms and Conditions apply to the Accessible Group “Subscribe Win a $200 Gift Card” Competition.

By participating, entrants agree to be (a) bound by these Terms and Conditions ; and (b) expressly consented to our use of your personal information under the Privacy Act, Spam Act and other related communication and legislation for marketing https://www.accc.gov.au/about-us/information-for/small-business

The Promoter is The Accessible Group Pty Ltd (ABN 72 646 700 487) P O Box 1328 Barwon Heads 3227 Victoria Australia.

The Competition is run as a monthly draw. One $200 eGift voucher as a prize per month.

The Promotion commences at 9:00 am (AEST) on Monday 7th of February 2022 and concludes 31st December 2022. One prize of $200 eGift Card will be drawn each month totalling 11 eGift cards

The Competition is open to eligible entrants in Australia.

The Prize each month from the draw is an Accessible Accommodation eGift Card valued at AUD 200 (inclusive of GST (the “Prize”).

Upon receipt of the eGift Card Prize, the recipient is bound by the eGift Card Terms and Conditions outlined here https://www.accessibleaccommodation.com/gift-card-terms-conditions/

The Prize can be used against any One booking for any One property listed on https://www.accessibleaccommodation.com

The Prize may be redeemed in only one booking transaction by contacting the Accessible Accommodation Booking office to redeem your eGift Card. You may call 1300 180 889 or email bookings@theaccessiblegroup.com.

The Prize can be used once within the voucher’s validity period. Any unused balance will not be refunded or credited on expiry.

Where the transaction exceeds the value of the Prize ($200) the balance of the cost of booking reservation purchased and additional fees and charges must be paid by the purchaser at checkout.

The Prize is not exchangeable, redeemable for cash.

The Competition is a game of chance.

The voucher cannot be used in conjunction with any NDIS respite or short to medium term accommodation booking


How to Enter

Entry into the Competition is open to persons aged 18 years or over (“Eligible Entrants”).

To enter, Eligible Entrants must visit https://www.accessibleaccommodation.com and complete the Subscribe to Newsletter form, (and provide any other requested information including their first name, last name, valid and current email address, postcode and phone number).  

If you have already subscribed to the Newsletter, there is no need to subscribe again. (You are automatically entered into the draw and eligible to win each month).

Eligible Entrants must not be employees of The Accessible Group Pty Ltd or its accommodation provider entities. In addition, they must not have any immediate family members who are employees of the Promoter or its related entities. Immediate family means spouse, de-facto spouse, child or stepchild (natural or adoption), parent or stepparent, brother, sister, stepbrother or stepsister.

Entries will be deemed to be received only when they have actually been received by the Promoter.

Competition entries become the property of the Promoter upon submission.

Prize Draw and Redemption

Only one Prize per month can be won by random draw by an Eligible Entrant.

Prizes are not redeemable for cash, and the prize terms and conditions listed apply https://www.accessibleaccommodation.com/gift-card-terms-conditions/

Prizes may not be resold, offered for resale, used for advertising, promoting or other commercial purposes. Prizes must be taken as offered and may not be varied.

The Prize values are correct as of preparing these Terms and Conditions and include any applicable GST.

Each monthly draw will take place on the 28th day of each month at and the entry is randomly drawn from the entries received will receive a Virtual $200 Gift Card.

Winners will be contacted by email within 2 business days of the draw.

The Prize will be delivered via email once winners have confirmed their email address and have acknowledged that their Prize will be sent to that email address.

 If a Prize has not been accepted or claimed within 14 days (the “Prize Claim Date”) or if, after making all reasonable attempts, the Promoter cannot contact a winner (or a winner does not contact the Promoter) by the Prize Claim Date, the relevant entry/ies will be discarded and the prize redrawn.

Prizes and all elements of Prizes must be taken as and when offered or will be forfeited. If forfeited, the Promoter will not be liable. In addition, prizes are subject to any additional terms and conditions imposed by the relevant supplier or the Promoter, including relevant validity periods.

The Promoter, acting reasonably, believes that an entrant has breached these Terms and Conditions. Accordingly, it reserves the right to discard its entry.

The Promoter reserves the right, at any time, to verify the validity of entrants (including documents to establish to the Promoter’s satisfaction of an entrant’s identity, age and place of residence) and may disqualify any entrant who is not eligible to enter the Competition under these Terms and Conditions or who fails to verify the validity of their entry. Failure by the Promoter to enforce any of its rights at any stage does not waive those rights.

Limitation of Liability

The Promoter makes no representations or warranties as to the quality, suitability or merchantability of any goods or services offered as part of the Promotion. To the extent permitted by law, the Promoter is not liable for any loss (including indirect and consequential loss) suffered to person or property by reason of any act or omission, deliberate or negligent, by the Promoter or its employees or agents, in connection with the arrangement for the supply, or the supply, of goods and services by any person to the Prize Winner and, where applicable, to any persons accompanying the Prize Winner. This clause does not affect any rights a consumer may have which are unable to be excluded under Australian law. To the fullest extent permitted by law, any liability of the Promoter or its employees or agents for breach of any such rights is limited to the payment of the costs of having the Prize supplied again.
