The multi-award-winning park features over 500 metres of absolute beach frontage. Situated in the pretty seaside town of Tathra which is on the beautiful Sapphire Coast. This stretch of coast has been recognised as Australia’s Coastal Wilderness for its unspoilt landscape and absence of crowds.
Our park offers guests a diverse range of accommodation options to suit all needs and budgets, from luxury accessible 2 or 3 bedroom beach houses with ensuite, grassy campsites and everything in between.

Activities In and Around The Property:

Tathra Beachside is located on Andy Poole Drive, Tathra. This wheelchair accessible Caravan Park is a long, flat road that runs parallel to the beach. We have a wide, concrete, shared cycleway that runs 3km along this road down to Mogareeka. Explore where the Bega River meets the sea on Tathra Beach. It’s a great place for birdwatching, swimming, surfing, canoeing, boating, fishing. Or, simply enjoying the tranquillity and rhythm of the crashing waves.
Kianniny is also only a short drive. It is a gorgeous bay, full of marine life and beautiful blue waters.  A chance to see resident stingrays, fantastic for snorkelling, and swimming. Also, its a perfect spot for photography and nature watching. Furthermore, it has a concrete ramp and walkway, picnic area, toilets and fish cleaning station.

Tathra Beachside are proud sponsors of Tathra Life Saving Club. The accessible caravan park resort shares the same beach. On the Perch Bird Park, is Tathra’s own unique little zoo, set in native bushland on level property. It offers an accessible walk-through aviary and café.

Travel this brand new, spectacular walk , which links the Tathra headland and Tathra Wharf.   Enjoy sweeping ocean vistas and spot dolphins, sea birds and of course whales during the whale watching season.  The all-abilities walkway features a series of boardwalks and walking paths as well as an elevated viewing platform, beautifully crafted from reclaimed wharf timbers.
