    Edge Insights Mystery Visiting is about a family of visitors based all over Australia who are wanting a hobby that makes a difference. You are required to (if you want to, and are successful in applying for a visit) go to a Restaurant, have meals and drink, and then be refunded up to $100 for the visit. Or, for example,  you may also visit Accommodation venues and be refunded around $400 for the stay, (depending on what is being assessed).

    At the conclusion of a visit, you will be required to write an online report detailing your overall experience, and you will be paid a fee to do so. Alternatively, your carer can write the report for you. Garry and the team at Edge Insights are very keen to have people with mobility challenges become Assessors (Mystery Visitors) for their clientele. Edge Insights clientele are wanting feedback so they can better understand visitors experience with their business, and plan or make improvements based on your feedback.

    You may be travelling, which means that you can apply for visits anywhere around Australia. Or, there may be a business based locally near you who require constructive, helpful feedback report on your experience. A few areas you may be asked to report back on are:

    How was the customer service?

    The amenities, what was good and what requires improvement?

    Ease of movement, and the degree where disability aids are on offer.

    Edge Insights clientele have included The National Gallery of Victoria, National Wool Museum, Lion Group and Sealink. They help businesses like these see from a customers perspective.
