3 Bedroom, 2 Bathroom accessible family home. Located on the Mudgeeraba Creek 500m from the shopping centre. Equipped with a ceiling hoist, mobile hoist, TWO high-low electric hospital-style beds (with pressure foam mattress) and large bathrooms and automatic doors and blinds. Also, 1x adjustable height shower chair, 1x adjustable height over-toilet frame, 2x portable suction cap grab rails, 1 x fixed grab rail in the shower, and 1x height-adjustable portable toilet handrail frame.
With all ramps, (no steps) and electric door access front and back.
The 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, open plan home is equipped with a fold-out couch in the living space and can sleep up to 8 people.
