The villa is newly built and includes 130m2 of living surface. The first floor has two balconies with sea views and panoramic views of the bay of Alcudia, mountains and Albufeira Nature Reserve, ideal for bird watchers. The property is fully fenced and gated and ideal for families with children. There is a play area for children, including swings, slide, see-saw, table tennis, etc..

5 bedrooms 4 of which have 2 single beds of 90 x 200cm (2 are situated on ground floor) and 1 of which has a double bed of 160 x 200cm. The bedrooms on the first floor have balconies, where you can find table and chairs and parasol.

2 en-suite bathrooms (one of which is adapted for disabled people) situated on the ground floor. 2 Bathrooms on the first floor, one of which has shower and the other one with bathtub.
Kitchen:
Fully equipped kitchen with air extractor, access to terrace, ceramic hob, electric oven, fridge-freezer(1), microwave, dishwasher, electric coffee machine, kettle, toaster, mixer.
Very large living room area, equipped with sofa bed, set of sofas, small table, TV, Satellite.

Indoor conservatory with table and chairs for 10 people. Table tennis equipment and darts board provided.The whole property is fully air-conditioned on ground and first floor. Fans are provided free of charge. Heaters are provided on request (in winter).
Cleaning/towels/ linen/maid service:
All your beds will be made up prior to your arrival with fresh, crisp linen and one hand towel and one bath towel will be provided per person (per week). Price includes final cleaning. Additional cleaning can be arranged upon request
Notes on accommodation Electricity meter available for readings upon arrival and on the day of departure. Deposit of 300 euros required to cover electricity bill, breakages and Villa keys and gate control switch in the case of loss. All payable upon arrival when collecting the keys.
