The villa is newly built on a 3500sq.m fully fenced and gated plot and surrounded by extensive landscaped gardens including mainly palm trees. Set on two floors the villa can accommodate up to 9 guests, with several well equipped living areas and bedrooms all looking over the terraces and swimming pool. The swimming pool is fully fenced and can be locked for child safety.

4 en-suite bathrooms and 1 extra toilet located between the main entrance and the kitchen. The two bathrooms on the ground floor have shower, one of which is adapted for wheelchair access. The two bathrooms on the first floor have bathtub.

Fully equipped kitchen with air extractor, access to terrace, ceramic hob, electric oven, fridge/freezer, microwave, dishwasher, electric coffee machine, kettle, toaster, mixer and washing machine.

The living room is fully equipped with 2 comfortable sofas, set of table and chairs, TV set, etc. This is connected with large entrance lounge where there is ample seating space.

There is an indoor conservatory which includes an extra fridge/freezer, another TV, CD player, and full set of table and chairs accommodating 9 people.
Cleaning/towels/ linen/maid service:
All your beds will be made up prior to your arrival with fresh, crisp linen and one hand towel and one bath towel will be provided per person (per week). Price includes final cleaning. Additional cleaning can be arranged upon request.
Notes on accommodation The living room has a portable baby play park which can be useful for infants while the adults are either swimming, cooking or watching TV. The villa is air-conditioned throughout. Extra fans (or heaters in winter) are provided free of charge.
