La Casetta Rosa is landscaped with flowering vines, fruit and olive trees, lavender, and rosemary to provide the scent of the Italian countryside. This restored farmhouse is beautifully decorated with antiques, comfortable furniture and all the amenities our guests appreciate, from satellite TV, stereo and broadband internet to travertine marble counter tops, hand painted ceramic dining table, and a large reserve water supply. There is a large frost free refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, five-burner stove top and over, as well as a washing machine. We provide all linens, including bed and kitchen linens and beach towels for the pool. There is an ample supply of dishes and cutlery, pots and pans, as well as blender, food processor, and toaster.

Downstairs there are two full baths, both with shower enclosures. All bathrooms have traditional hand-painted Italian tile and modern appliances. Hot water is provided by two separate gas water heaters. Guests are provided with towels for bathing, as well as towels to be used at the pool.

The master bedroom, with its queen-sized iron bed, has a wonderful view across the countryside and is furnished with antiques. Full bath next door. The private downstairs bedroom, with comfortable vintage twin beds and large dresser, has a modern en suite full bath. This bedroom is ideal for those who don't wish to climb stairs. The balcony bedroom has a view towards Montefalco and is furnished with two good twin beds, plus a comfortable trundle bed with 6-inch thick mattresses, which can serve as one single bed or two singles, or as a sofa. This bedroom is ideal for families traveling with children. All bedrooms have ceiling fans, window screens and linens. There is a two-person sleeper sofa in one of two living rooms, with full bath nearby. Baby crib available upon request.
