Within 10 minutes are seven golf clubs, horse riding and tennis clubs. A supermarket 3 mins. Perfumed 'Grasse' 10 mins. Cannes or Antibes 30 mins, as is Nice airport. 45 minutes to 'Rosé' vineyards west in the Var and the same time to the nearest ski station.

There are 6 en suite air conditioned bedrooms shower/bath rooms and each a W.C. The 4 suites on the first floor are 50 m² each plus each a private balcony of 25 m². On the ground floor a master suite and a suite adapted to handicap needs.

En-suite bathroom to the 5 bedrooms with bath/shower, wc One bathroom on the ground floor (10 sq meters) has the wc, the shower and the sink made on measure for people in wheelchair.

Open bar kitchen very fully equipped: fridge/freezer, dishwasher, microwave, professional cooker with 5 burners and with a double electric oven able to cook 2 dishes in the same time, a second electrique oven, a professional salamandre.

A four couch lounge + open bar kitchen giving directly on the pool, so it's easy to look after the children. A lobby is an atrium giving summer and winter natural light for the plants growing in.

The 100 m² pool joins the house at the terrace level with a gentle beach entry, no steps, maximum depth 1m70. A 12/16 place dining room + outside the kitchen a grill terrace, furnished teak, for eating out.
Cleaning/towels/ linen/maid service:
Towels and linen are included. Maid service on request. Towels and linen are changed every saturday morning.
Notes on accommodation A little safe room for babies with roof window and stable door with cot. The swimming pool has an alarm system. The pool adjoins the house at the ground floor level. There is a gallery all around the house.

Accessibility 600 square meters ground floor and terraces all on one level, adaptable all level ground floor at pool level. Bedroom 55 square meters, en suite and bathroom specially constructed for wheelchair users. Large electric bed specially adapted.
Outside There is ample shaded private and level parking close to the house, and one is greeted by a braying donkey and a very snooty lama who control the growth in the protected woodlands. The domaine is 16000 square meters totally enclosed with ample parking close to the house. The swimming pool is 100 square meters approx and private.
Coast/Beach 15 km from the beaches of Cannes or Antibes, Juan les Pins with their white sand beaches, restaurants, sunbeds and sunshade.
Golf 11 golf courses around the proprety, all with a practice, stages (individual or grouped) proshop and restaurant.
Skiing 45mn by car from Greoliere les Neiges. 1 hour and half from Isola 2000, 120 km of ski run, from Auron. 135 km of ski run and 230 km of downhill ski runs in Val d'Allos.
Special interest holidays Several tennis courts and horse and pony riding around the property. Painting lessons can be given in Callaloo House. At 2 hours by car you can meet the free wolves (in a complete security) - or 5000 years of history in the Mercantour national park. Canyoning, climbing, rafting, hot-air ballooning ...can be practiced. Renting boats in Cannes port to sail to the islands of Lerins, or to fly over the Cote D'Azur by helicopter or plane and many other activities.
