House is located 3 kilometres outside the village on a hilltop with only two other houses next to it. The group of houses is known as a Borgo, dates back to the 1600 and it is surrounded by sloping hills cultivated in the Tuscany tradition of olive groves and vineyards. Notes: The swimming pool has been completed in the Summer of 2006, it is an in ground pool with a terracotta deck. The garden is very large and private with sprawling views of the valley facing South - West. There are several outdoor dining options. A round breakfast table just outside the kitchen. A very large dining table under the pergolato, covered with roses, worsteria, and ivy, near a stone barbecue., another table in a shady corner of the garden for lunch outside on a very hot day. There are over 6 lounge chairs in the garden plus the chairs and benches next to their respective tables. The plants include lavander bushes, rosemary, sage, worsteria, ivy, ginestras, lilacs, hydrengias and geraniums . The garden is ideal for children as it is all fenced in. and for people on wheelchair as it is on one level. The spot is airy and enjoys unobstructed views all around. The house is on a dead end dirt road which makes it safe and very private.

Cleaning: There are no cleaning fees, there is a change of linens and general clean up once a week for multiple week stay. Additional cleaning service is available upon request at 10 Euros per hour, minimum 2hours. All bedlinens, matress covers, bathroom mats are washed and sterilized after each guest. We regularly clean the entire place with the Kirby method to remove dust particles which cause allergies.
Linens: Linen or cotton sheet, down comforter or wool blankets, throws are also left for the guests' use. 2 Pillows for each guest. Unlimited towels are available to guests. Table and kitchen linens are also provided. Paper napkins, toilet paper and paper towel for the kitchen, as well as waste plastic bags are stocked upon arrival, guests are expected to buy their own if they run out.
Additionals: There is hair dryer, iron and ironing table, TV and VCR multistandard, movies in English can be borrowed from owner, radio/CD player as well as the use of a local cell phone.
