A - Creating a New Account
How do I create my account? - On the front page on the
left hand side you will find the Login/register Area. Click on register
and then complete the required information of name , email address etc.
Confirm this and you now have your registered account. you should
receive an email to confirm this.
A - Adding property to the Site
How do I add my property to the site? - Now you have your
account , you just click on login and enter your details to enter your
account.
Once you are in, select SUBMIT PROPERTY. You should now enter a name for your property ie "Casa myhouse" -
THE
TITLE - make this very appropriate, as This plays an important part in
your property being found in the world wide search engines, including
MSN, YAHOO and GOOGLE. ---
SHORT DESCRIPTION (Keep this to under 25 words) ---
LONG
DESCRIPTION - This is where you really start selling your
property to potential rentors. Complete the information you want
them to know, the area, what your property has, what its accessible
features are , remember you know your property but the potential client
or your does not, tell them all the best bits about your property.
--- make your listing pleasant to view - you can change the
font you are using and you can change the size of the text by selecting
the SELECT FONT - SIZE buttons. PLUS you can also change the colour of
the font you are using my selecting the "T" button and then the colour
you wish to use. IF you wish to Bullett Point details or
information for you property you can do by selecting the Number or
bullet Point buttons.
CATEGORY - The area your property is located..IF your area is not in this list contact us at support@accessibleaccommodation.com and we will add the area to the list.
PROPERTY TYPE - If you have a castle then select castle!
COUNTRY - Select the country that the property is in.
STATE - PLEASE SELECT OTHER
PROPERTY MODE - PLEASE SELECT RENT
ACCESSIBILITY RATING - Select the Most suitable rating. Not sure what they are see here
SLEEPS HOW MANY - Just select the appropriate number
PRICE - Select Price Range and enter the From and To numbers of your property ignoring the Sq Ft box.
UPLOAD
IMAGES - You can now upload three pictures. By clicking on the Browse
button and then locating the pictures that you have on your computer
and selecting them.
When you have done this click on the submit button.
Now
you will see your property in a list (a list if you have more than one)
but it will show property ID (system generated) Property Title - Mode -
Status and a Box to the right which when you hover says EDIT. Click on
this to enter the rest of the information about your property.
AS you scroll donw you will see all the information you
have already entered, and If and when you have more pictures added to
your package you can upload them here as you have previously.
Below this you will see the further property tabs listed
as MORE INFO - RATES - OFFERS - CONTACT - AVAILABILITY by selecting
each one in turn you can add the information required in the font. and
colour and size you require. Please remember though that lots of
different fonts, colours and sizes can make things messy and people
viewing your property details will want clean straightforward looking
information. If in doubt enter your information and ask to us to review

How can i Add Photos - Easy See above.
How many Photos can I add? - 3 with the standard package.
Upgrade photos packages are £20 for extra 3 photos or £40 for extra 6
photos plus one free meaning a total of 10 photos, allowing you to give
th maximum amount of views for your property. show the pool or the
bedrooms, the accessible features, the town, the local amusements,
anything and everything to make your property more appealing.
How can I add relevant information? - easy just select
the different headed tabs and enter your information - remember confirm
the information as you go to make sure it is saved to our servers.
Can I add an availability calendar? You can. We suggest getting one from either www.booking-tracker.com or www.bookingcalendar.info
- Set up your calendar with these. Then using the code that they
provide either create a link to the calendar or you can embed it into
the pages.
How do I do that? On the availability tab of your
property you can select the HTML button. Do this then copy and paste
the code supplied by the Calendar provider, remember to save.
Why do you not have a built in Availability calendar? -
Well we have during the design of our site tried to give you the
property owner the ability to have more flexibility and input over how
you want your listing to appear and function and we are aware that many
property owners already use these "stand-alone" property calendars. It
therefore makes it an easy exercise for you to carry on using the
calendar and put links to it or embed it on your listing. meaning you
dont have to keep updating various calendars for your property
everytime someone reserves or books with you.
How can I add a map Like the one on the Example Property? - Well just visit www.maps.google.com
and type in the address and location of where your property is, or if
you wish just the town and goolge will provide the map. They also have
a "link to this map" button. Select this and choose the code and enter
it into the other information page of your listing using the html
buttone. Again if you have any problems with this let us know, We are
only to happy to help.
How do I add my Contact Details? - On the contact
page you can put the various details that you are prepared or want to
put. If you do not want to reveal any details such as home telephone
number then dont. To enter your email address simply type it ie
sales@accessibleaccommodation.com then highlight it. Whilst it is
highlighted select the "Chain" button next to the HTML button. A little
box will open. Change the first box TYPE to MAIL TO: then in the
URL box type your email address.
Your phone number etc can just be typed.
WEBSITE
ADDRESS - If you have your own website site and yo would like to link
to it , just type your website address, and highlight ad before then
click the chain button and this time select http: in the TYPE box and
in the URl box enter your website address. Clicking SELECT when
done. Remember to click SELECT next to the cancel button at the
bottom of the page to make sure your information is saved to our
server. most other site charge for this feature!! it is standard with
us with no additional cost. More flexibility for you.
If you dont have a website for your property dont worry you know have all the exposure that www.accessibleaccommodation.com
wil bring you, But, if you do want to create your own website for your
property then click on the 1&1 advert. they provide great easy to
use software to allow you to do all the things you want at very low
prices.
When I have added my property - How long before it goes
Live? - When you have added you property we will send you a
request for payment depending on what package you wish to have. this is
done by PAYPAL a secure fast online payment system. Upon receiving your
payment, we once again check through your listing and then make it go
live. This is done the same day as your payment is received. Your
listing is then live and on view to the world.
The area that my property is in is not shown? - No problem just email us at admin@accessibleaccommodation.com and let us know and we will add your location.
Updating my Property Information
Can I change the information I have entered? Yes you can
24 hours a day 365 days a week. Just visit the site, login and click on "My Properties" , at the far right of your property listing is a Green/Blue box. Click on this and you will go through to the Editing Pages for your property, and change
anything you want and save. It will be changed instantly. Have a
cancellation or special offer, just put it live straight away.
General Questions
Do I need any special training for www.accessibleaccommodation.com
- NO none. If you can type on your computer you can enter your
property, Just follow the guide above and you will have no problem ,
but if you do we will always help you.
My area/town or region is not shown, what can I do now? - Email us at support@accessibleaccommodation.com and tell us what location you would like us to add so that you can list your property. This will be done within 48 hours.
I
have forgotten my password , can you help me? just go to the Login page
and enter your email address and select forgotten password - it will be
emailed to you.

How do I pay for my listing? We will email a request for
payment to you via PAYPAL a secure on line payment processing system.
if you have PAYPAL account you can pay via that but dont worry
you can easily use credit/debit card and Securely pay through PAYPAL.
Are there any extra promotions I can have for my listing?
- Yes, you can have extra Photos, if they are not already included in
your package. You can have details of your property listed in various
pages or regions, in Selected Property Listings. you can even have your
property listed on the very front page making sure everybody sees it.
And you can have you property mentioned in our regular newsletters
announcing special offers or late availability.
