Prices for wheelchair friendly apartments "Il Peperino" and "La Nostalgia":

Low season: EUR 500 for 1 week, or EUR 100 per day at min 3 days (heating, sheets and towels included).

Mid season: EUR 690 for 1 week, (heating, sheets and towels included), rental by the week only.

High season: EUR 870 for 1 week or EUR 150 per day at min 3 days (only Christmas /New Year; otherwise rental by the week only; heating, sheets and towels included)

All prices plus last day cleaning fee of EUR 60 per apartment. Extra cleaning fee for dogs EUR 20. Prices are valid for occupancy with regular number of persons per apartment as indicated in the table above. Charge for
extra persons (children): EUR 20 per week per person. Maximum number of extra persons: 2 persons each for apartments Il Peperino and La Nostalgia. Water, heating, sheets and towels are included in the rental rate.

Prices are valid according to the following seasons:

Low season: 7.1. - 3.4.2009; 21.11. - 18.12.2009;
Mid season: 4.4. – 26.6.2009; 12.9. – 20.11.2009;
High season: 27.6. – 11.9.2009; 19.12.2009- 6.1.2010;
