Notes on prices Prices are for the property per week in UK pounds. For bookings of less than 1 week, please contact the owner.
Changeover day The changeover day is Saturday. This is flexible in low or mid season. Please arrive after 4pm and leave by 10am.
Booking notes A booking form will be e mailed following an enquiry which must be returned within 7 days with a 25% deposit to secure a booking. The final payment is required 8 weeks before the rental is due to start with a security deposit of £250 (refunded within 14 days of the end of the rental assuming there is no damage to the house or its contents).
