Our rates are ALL INCLUSIVE, including normal and reasonable usage of electricity, gas (except for winter heating, which is paid by use), and water; you don't have to read a confusing meter -- all we ask is that you treat La Casetta Rosa as you would your own home: turn off the lights when you leave, run the dishwasher only when it's full, remember that in Umbria in summer water must be conserved. Rates include garden and pool service, and weekly maid service. Discount for stays of three weeks or more. Thirty percent deposit required at time of booking; remainder of rent and 500 euro security deposit due sixty days prior to arrival. Security deposit will be returned within three weeks. Check in time is 4 pm; check out is 10 am. Cleaning fee will be charged for groups over six people
