Discounts may be available for late bookings, longer winter lets, or for parties of less than 4 people who want to stay outside the high season. Please contact for more details. Price for November – April is exclusive of electricity.
Changeover day Changeover day is normally Saturday. Departures by 10.00am. Arrivals after 3.00pm, to allow time for cleaning. This can be varied outside the high season, by prior agreement. Please contact us for details.
Booking notes The booking is confirmed when a 40% non-refundable deposit has been received. The balance is due 8 weeks prior to the rental period. Full payment immediately on booking, if booked at less than 8 weeks notice.
