Changeover day Changeover day is flexible. However, check-in time is 4pm and check-out time is 10am.
Booking notes 25% deposit required at the time of booking. Balance payable 8 weeks before arrival. A deposit of 300 euros is required to cover electricity expense, breakages and replacement of villa keys and gate control switch in the event of loss. This sum is payable upon arrival when collecting the keys. Safety deposit box rental is optional and available from 2009.
