Booking notes 25% Deposit is required at the time of booking. Balance is payable 8 weeks before arrival. Electricity meter readings are taken upon arrival and on the day of departure. Deposit of 300 euros is required to cover electricity cost, breakages and Villa keys and gate remote control in the case of loss. This sum is payable upon arrival when collecting the keys.
