The property comprises of 2 bedrooms ... both air-conditioned (with heating in the winter), 1 bathroom en-suite and 1 shower-room en-suite. A sofa bed in the lounge provides an alternative sleeping arrangement for a maximum party of 4 guests. The newly fitted kitchen is well equipped with an electric oven & hobs, fridge/freezer, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, coffee machine, toaster, juicer etc.
The lounge/diner is spacious and has a wood burning stove for use in the winter (alternative winter heating also supplied) ... here you will find the TV and SKY satellite (decoder card supplied for BBC1, BBC2, ITV, Ch4, Ch5, Sky News, Sky Sports etc), DVD and a selection of games.
Leading from the lounge is a private patio with seating that overlooks the pool and gardens. The apartment is well maintained and is one of approximately ten in the development. La Fuente also benefits from having its own private car park.
A car is not essential at La Fuente as Mijas Village with all its charming shops is only a 5 minute stroll away. Restaurants, bars and the bus stop are all close by.
Fuengirola town and beaches are 7 km.away and it takes just 10 minutes by car or 15 minutes by bus - there you will find a lively resort with many shops, mile upon mile of beaches and an attractive marina where you can take an evening sail on-board 'Dawn Approach' - a lovely old sailing vessel, or dine in one of the harbourside restaurants.
