Being on the edge of the residential and commercial areas of Marbella it benefits from being in quiet surroundings yet is close to many excellent restaurants, bars and shops.
Indeed just a short distance away are the wonderful sights of the pedestrianised old town including the lovely'Orange Square' and the narrow white-washed alleys with their hidden tapas bars and flower-filled squares. Also waiting to be explored is the heart of Marbella itself with its many shops, marina and promenade.
Five minutes away is the world-renowned Puerto Banus, still home of the cosmopolitan jetset with its fabulous restaurant and bar-lined marina and numerous designer shops providing a focal point for the Coast's sophisticated night-life.
