The house itself, which sleeps up to 6, was built around 1870 along with its two neighbours by three brothers from a fishing family and has changed little in appearance since that time
The property benefits from extensive refurbishment and boast gas fired central heating and double glazing.

To the rear of the property is a private garden laid to lawn with flower boarders and garden shed which is available for cycle storage plus rear access to Victoria Road, that leads to the beach some two minutes walk away. Patio table, chairs, and cushions are provided should you wish to relax in the garden.
The heating, plumbing and drainage systems are covered by British gas Home Care scheme ensuring a prompt response should you have a problem.
