La Belle Aube, our newly built luxury gite, 5 minutes from the village of Aubeterre Sur Dronne, has been designed to provide a safe and secure environment for families, both young and old, disabled or not, while providing the best views of the valley, which our gite overlooks.
La Belle Aube with its private heated pool, childrens' play area and acre of fenced in gardens, provides your family with opportunity to have either as relaxing or active holiday as you wish. There is lots to do in the area, with several river / lake beaches, golf, tennis, horse riding, kayaking, painting courses, etc all within 10 minutes drive.
Our property is very disabled friendly with level access from the parking area to our extra wide front door(140cm opening), incorporating a ultra low threshold. There are no steps are ramps within our gite and all internal doors are 93cm wide. There is also an ultra low threshold incorporated into our patio doors providing easy access to our covered terrace.
Although all of our rooms are accessible, our second bedroom benefits from 2 electric profiling beds (2 singles or a double as required), a drop down clothes rail and accessible dressing table.
Our main bathroom (3.5m x 3.3m) is fully accessible with grab rails, level access shower, shower chair, hoist, etc. The toilet has a left to right transfer, with a drop down bar to aid support.
La Belle Aube also benefits from a full central heating system for out of season rental as well as air conditioned bedrooms, to provide you with a comfortable sleeping environment, even after the hottest day.
We also provide lots of toys and games for children for both inside and outside use, as well as plenty of baby equipment, all free of charge.
Also provided are all towels, bed linen and tea towels, including some pool towels. A full property clean at the end of your stay is included in the price.
