Las Vinas offers all the privacy & quality of a villa holiday with private pool. This spacious family apartment occupies the ground floor of Villa Las Vinas and ideally sleeps 8 persons but can comfortably sleep 10 people. It has been adapted for wheelchair users with 1 twin bedroom & 1 single bedroom both with fully adapted en-suites, a further double bedroom and 2 single bedrooms. There is also a sofa bed and two fold out single beds.
The two ensuite bathrooms both have roll in showers with grab rails, 50 cm toilets with grab rails on either side and adjustable sinks. Shower/commode chairs are provided. There is also another shower room/toilet.
The apartment has various open and closed terraces for sunbathing and shade on those hot afternoons. The gardens have Nispero, Lemon and grapefruit trees and as its name suggests also grape vines.
The apartment is fully furnished as a home from home and has all the facilities you could need including washing machine, satellite TV, DVD player, microwave, grill, oven and hob. Hand and bath towels are provided, bedding is changed once a week.
During your stay, you have exclusive access and use of the 10m x 5m swimming pool with sunbathing terrace. This impressive area is complete with sun beds, a BBQ area and a gazebo offering shade. Access to the pool is either by the pool hoist or Roman Steps.
There is also another totally private patio set amongst the orange & lemon trees which is just outside the apartment door. This area is very popular in the evenings and have it's own BBQ too!
The apartment is in a quiet residential area, 10 minutes drive from the centre of Calpe, 30 mins from Benidorm and 75 mins from Alicante airport. Calpe has all the attractions of a normal seaside town with 4 separate beaches and is famous for its superb fish restaurants and the Calpe rock. The nearest golf course is the highly acclaimed Altea Hills Golf Club. Altogether, Las Vinas is the ideal location for a peaceful and relaxing family holiday for the disabled or older holiday maker and their family.
