both with showers. There is an abundance of terraces with plenty of
room to take the sun...all day long...and admire the views and the
tranquility of the location. The property has a fully equipped kitchen
and dining area and a large living room. Also an outside BBQ which is
the old bread oven- see photos and a 4.6 metre ( 15 feet ) diameter
plunge pool. 1.2 metres ( 4 feet ) deep to escape from the heat when
necessary. The walls of the house are 0.5 metres thick giving a
coolness inside as the summer months are hot. There is an ample roof
terrace to relax on and a front terrace running the whole length of the

Nearest attraction is historic and beautiful town of Almunecar: narrow
streets, dinky shops, typical unspoilt Andalusian town. Visit the
castle dominating the town and the Roman ruins and viaducts. Explore
the beautiful beaches and restaurants and tapas bars. There is
something for everyone here with the new Aquarium the latest place to
visit. Also the local food market open every day for fresh produce and
the weekly flea market, boot sale. One hours drive away you have
beautiful Granada with the Alhambra Palace and Moorish architecture.
20min away the famous recently discovered caves at Nerja with the
worlds biggest stalagmite -a must see. The whole coast is dripping with
places to visit and is not spoilt with the over- development that is
south of Malaga.

The
house has a downstairs bathroom and bedroom with widened doors making
it ideal for those who wish to bring a wheelchair -bound person with
them. The shower is also accessible to a wheelchair. If you need any
more provisions for mobility please let us know and will answer your
questions accordingly.The kitchen and living room are on the same level
and the long front terrace down to the swimming pool area and from the
parking area are on one level.again, making them wheelchair friendly.
getting to the house
This
is a rural type holiday as the setting is peaceful and in the
Andalucian hills above Almunecar. The road up to the house is a 10
minute drive on tarmaced road winding its way slowly up into the hills
with spectacular views......
