Located in a secluded setting, backing onto a conservation area, our home is in one of the most private and secluded larger sites in Highlands Reserve.
Outside , there is one of the larger pools in Highlands Reserve and free standing Hot Tub on the enlarged screened pool deck with luxurious padded deck furniture. Electric Pool heating can be arranged at extra cost so that whenever you visit you can always rely on a pleasantly warm swimming pool and after a long day at the theme parks , why not come back to the tranquillity of our home and chill out in the soothing waters of your own private hot tub. The pool and deck are surrounded by expansive lawns and overlook the woodland area.
ACCESSIBILITY : Whilst Tranquility at Highlands Reserve is not specifically adapted for people with disablities, it is particularily suitable for people with limited mobility. It is single storey with no internal steps and only small steps at the external doors. We also can provide seating and a hand held shower in the master bathroom shower.
Inside, we have recently remodelled the furnishings and all areas are furnished in a comfortable relaxed style and consisting of:
o Lounge area with comfy furniture, 42 inch flat screen TV, DVD Player, CD Player
o Dining Room with seating for 8
o Sumptuous King Size Master Bedroom with luxury bedlinens and towels walk thru closet to full ensuite bathroom with walk-in shower, roman bath, twin basins and separate wc. Master Bedroom has cable TV, DVD player and radio alarm. There is also afull size wooden crib
o Queen Size Guest bedroom with luxury linens and adjacent full bathroom. Guest bedroom has cable TV and DVD Player and radio alarm
o Third and Fourth Bedrooms with twin beds, luxury linens and towels. There is TV and DVD player and playstation2
o Fifth Bedroom with Double/ single Bunk beds TV and DVD Player also in this room
o Third full bathroom which has access to the pool deck

o Gourmet Kitchen - fridge freezer, stove, microwave, dishwasher and all you couls need to prepare delicious meals
