Very large newly built country house accommodating 16 people, with electric heating and air-conditioning. Fully adapted to disabled people (pool immersion chair, house entrance and whole ground floor). Built on top of a little hill, 2kms away from the beaches of Ca'n Picafort and Playa de Muro, shops, bars and supermarkets. The house is built on a plot with 350m2 living surface, surrounded by extensive landscaped gardens with palm trees, olive trees and built-in BBQ. Large outdoor play area with swing, slide, see-saw, sand pit and table tennis. Large parking space available.

Bedrooms:	8 large bedrooms all with two twin beds sized 90 x 200cm. All bedrooms have en-suite bathroom.
Bathrooms:	Tower bedroom en-suite with bath, washbasin and wc. First floor - 3 en-suites with bath, washbasin and wc and 1 extra bathroom with shower, washbasin and wc. Ground floor - 4 en-suites with wheelchair adapted showers with chairs.
Kitchen:	Two kitchens on ground floor and 1st floor. Both have wooden fitted base and top units with marble work surfaces. Well equipped with crockery, cutlery, 2 dishwashers, 2 microwaves, 2 kettles, 2 toasters, 2 electric coffee machines and 2 fridge-freezers.
Utility Room:	2 washing Machines, 1 iron and 1 ironing board and both indoor and outdoor clothes hanging rail. Clothes washing basket and pegs.
Living Rooms:	Two large living rooms, fully air-conditioned/heated, fully equipped (two sofa beds on ground floor), (leather sofas on first floor), coffee tables, Satellite dish, 28 and 32 inch TV, radio and CD players.
Other:	Outdoor conservatory with large oak table and 16 wooden dining chairs. Indoor chest of table and chairs. Gated swimming pool.
Cleaning/towels/ linen/maid service:	All your beds will be made up prior to your arrival with fresh, crisp linen and one hand towel and one bath towel will be provided per person (per week). Price includes final cleaning. Additional cleaning can be arranged upon request.

Notes on accommodation
Electricity meter available for readings upon arrival and on the day of departure. Deposit of 300 euros required to cover electricity, breakages, cost of replacement of Villa keys and gate remote control switches and any damage caused to the Villa. This is payable upon arrival when collecting the keys.

Fully adapted to wheelchair users. Hydraulic chair installed in the pool. Ramps to main entrance and around the pool available. Property is fully fenced and there is an electric gate at the entrance of the villa.

The villa is situated 2 kilometres away from the beaches of Ca'n Picafort and Playa de Muro. Maximum 5 minutes drive from city centre and the beach.

Golf
Alcanada Golf Course is 12kms from Ca'n Picafort. Pollensa Golf Course is 30 minutes drive away.

Special interest holidays
The north of Mallorca with its vast mountain range is prime walking country. Mallorca is ideal for both walking and cycling. S'Albufera Nature Park (Playa de Muro), it is the largest and most important wetland area in the Balearics. The area is a former lagoon separated from the sea by a belt of dunes, which has converted into an extensive flood plain. The Natural Park which stretches across some 1708 hectares of marsh and dune land is a protected conservation region. The area is an internationally protected area for wild birds, and is home to considerable wildlife.

Alcudia is the main centre for cycling, attracting thousands of cyclists to its bicycle friendly roads with its spectacular scenery. Even the casual cyclist can rent a bike here and enjoy many hours cycling along the specially designated cycle tracks which lie next to many major roads.

Car hire is essential if you would like to explore the island during your stay. The nearest private hospital is Hospital General de Muro, situated in Playa de Muro, 10 minutes drive away from the villa. The nearest public Health Centre is situated in Ca'n Picafort, which is 5 minutes drive away from the villa.

The villa is situated 2km away from the tourist resort of Ca'n Picafort, where you can find plenty of shops and restaurants. The nearest big supermarket is Eroski. The nearest tennis courts are in Ca´n Picafort (Polideportivo) and Playa de Muro (Lagotel Club). Diving available in Ca'n Picafort. Ca´n Picafort market is on Fridays. Alcudia market is on Tuesdays and Sundays. Horse Riding in Ca´n Picafort. The old town of Alcudia is situated 9km away from the villa.

The villa is air-conditioned or heated throughout. It is especially suitable for children as the whole property is securely fenced and gated. It is also especially suitable for cyclists for its secluded location and the roads surrounding it. There nearest restaurant is called "ARCO IRIS".
