This large flat (about 120 sq. mt or 1300 sq. ft) is located in the heart of Rome just 5 minutes walking from Coliseum in one old Roman building. This flat - situated on the ground floor inside an old court - is very quiet and safe and has an independent entrance. The flat is accessible for elderly people and we ensure the apartment is accessible for disabled people (wheelchair accessible). Guests with guide dogs are welcome. There are no steps at the entrance and the main bathroom have a shower chair and handrails. The bedrooms are all large and comfortable. The flat is composed of 3 bedrooms, which 2 of them are accessible. The main bedroom (accessible) has a king size bed; the second bedroom (accessible) has a full size French bed, and the third bedroom (not accessible) has 2 twin beds. Each bedroom has air conditioning. There are 2 bathrooms in the flat: the main is large and accessible with a comfortable and large shower, washing machine, bidet, special needs toilette and a low sink, and the second is smaller with toilette, bidet and sink. The living room is large (40 mt), with a large table for 8 people, a nice sofa-bed and a TV. The kitchen has an oven, microwave, dish-washer, toaster, refrigerator, freezer, and air conditioning. The building has also a Front Desk Service. Small businesses such as a grocery store, a tobacco shop, bars, a supermarket with fresh bread are around. Public transportation, taxi, bus, metro, underground and touristic "sightseen" coaches are right in front of the building. The apartment can accommodate up to 7 people together in the 3 bedrooms and living room (with a modern sofa bed).
