A beautiful newly built country house at a distance of 3km from Can Picafort, where you will find supermarkets, restaurants, entertainment and all other amenities. In 5000 square meters of land, the property is fully fenced and gated. The house is divided into 3 floors and extensive landscaped gardens with olive trees, pine trees, palm trees and Children Playground. There is a ramp for wheelchairs.

Accommodation

Bedrooms:	Top floor has 2 double bedrooms (1 double bed and 1 with two single beds). The top floor bedrooms have own balcony with stunning views. First Floor has 1 double bedroom with two single beds. Ground Floor has 3 double bedrooms.
Bathrooms:	3 x en-suite bathrooms (2 of which have bathtub and one has a wheelchair adapted shower platform). 2 further bathrooms with bath tub. 1 bathroom with wheelchair adapted shower dish and rail. Shower chair provided.
Kitchen:	2 fully equipped kitchens (1 on first level and another 1 in the ground level) both with dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, electric stove/hob, kettle, electric coffee machine, toaster, crockery and cutlery, mixer/beater.
Utility Room:	Two irons and two ironing boards, washing basket, clothes airer and pegs.
Living Rooms:	Two living rooms with satellite dish, 28 inch TVs, CD players, Fans, 2 x sofabeds, 2 x sets of very comfortable sofas.
Other:	The whole property is fully air conditioned on first and second floor, and ground floor living room. Fans are provided free of charge in all the bedrooms. Large garden patio with covered terrace on ground floor, ideal for daily breakfast.
Cleaning/towels/ linen/maid service:	All your beds will be made up prior to your arrival with fresh, crisp linen and one hand towel and one bath towel will be provided per person (per week). Price includes final cleaning. Additional cleaning can be arranged upon request.

 

Notes on accommodation
The villa is air-conditioned or heated throughout. It is especially suitable for children as the whole property is securely fenced and gated.

Electricity meter available for readings upon arrival and on the day of departure. Cots(35€pwk), high chairs(15€pwk) and extra beds(15€pwk) can be arranged at an extra charge.

There is one main restaurant in the vicinity, by the name of Arco Iris, which is the meeting point for key collection.

Accessibility
This property has been specially constructed and adapted to wheelchair users. The basement is fully adapted and there are ramps leading to the ground floor of the house. The swimming pool is fully fenced and gated. It has steps and its size is 5m x 10m and it contains an area for children divided from the adult pool by a gate. The depth of the children area is 50cms. The size of the children area in the pool is 2m x 2m.

Outside
The property is ideal for cyclists for its location, as it is situated on a cycling route. Surrounded by large landscaped gardens, table tennis, children play area with slide, swings, see-saw, etc. All sorts of fruit trees and flowers, palm trees, olive trees are planted on the surroundings of the property. Ample car parking space available.

There are 16 sunbeds and 8 parasols available at the pool. Outdoor shower by the pool. Pool is cleaned 4 times a week. Desinfection of the pool is carried out by way of Oxywhite and ultraviolet lamp. 2 outdoor barbecues with table and chairs. Table tennis available. Bats and balls provided. 2 adjacent and communicating main entrances to the property with two gates leading to ground floor and basement respectively.

The villa is situated 3km away from the beaches of Ca'n Picafort and Playa de Muro.
Nearest Waterpark is HIDROPARK in Alcudia - 15 mins drive

The north of Mallorca with its vast mountain range is prime walking country. Ideal for walking and trekking (Torrent de Pareis) The weather in the autumn and spring is cooler, and ideal for both walking and cycling. Why not walk or cycle around the S'Albufera Nature Park (Alcudia), it is the largest and most important wetland area in the Balearics? The area is a former lagoon separated from the sea by a belt of dunes, which has converted into an extensive flood plain. The Natural Park which stretches across some 1708 hectares of marsh and dune land is a protected conservation region. The area is an internationally protected area for wild birds, and is home to considerable wildlife. Alcudia is the main centre for cycling, attracting thousands of cyclists to its bicycle friendly roads with its spectacular scenery. Even the casual cyclist can rent a bike here and enjoy many hours cycling along the specially designated cycle tracks which lie next to many major roads.

Palma airport is situated 55km away from the property. Car hire is essential if you would like to explore the island during your stay. The nearest private hospital is Hospital General de Muro, situated in Playa de Muro, 10 minutes drive from the villa. The nearest public Health Centre is situated in Ca'n Picafort, which is 5 minutes drive from the villa.
