Strathconon is a luxury 4 star self catering holiday cottage with category 3 disabled access in Whiting Bay on the Island of Arran.
The accommodation is spacious and sleeps up to 10 people in 4 bedrooms, 2 of which have ensuite shower rooms. There is level access to the property and throughout the ground floor. The downstairs bedroom has a double bed and an additional sofa bed so can be used as a twin room if required. The shower has a seat and grab rails and there is an additional grab rail next to the toilet. There is a small step up into the shower. Upstars there are 3 bedroom, one with a king sized bed and ensuite shower room and the other 2 bedrooms share a bathroom with bath and shower over the bath.
Downstairs there is a large kitchen open plan to a family area with conservatory furniture and a separate dinig room and lounge with widescreen TV/DVD/Video and playstation 2.
There is private parking immediately outside the property with a large fully enclosed garden and outdoor patio area with garden furniture.
